We were impressed with the reviews and other information we found online about Brent and his crews. That good impression continued when we contacted Brent and began speaking with him. But what really sold us was when we called his references and spoke to them at length. They were all very articulate folks and it was clear that they had high expectations for their remodeler. To a person, they spoke glowingly of Brent and emphasized his skill, his responsiveness, his top notch subcontractors, and his attention to detail. Perhaps most importantly, they all stressed his integrity and the sense of trust they developed in him.Our experience has matched that of Brent’s references and reviewers. From our first contact, we were impressed with Brent’s organization and professionalism. And he scored big points with us due to his superior responsiveness. Unlike several prospects we initially contacted, Brent answered our questions with precision and got back to us quickly. He explained his process in a clear and logical way that made sense to us.Once we hired him and worked our way through the project, we continued to be impressed. He stayed completely organized and our work continued in the order he had laid out in our agreement. Moreover, while we were expecting the delays that typically come with a major construction project, Brent did an excellent job of keeping us on schedule.The trust that his past clients had referenced was something that we felt almost immediately and it continued to grow. Brent’s absolute honesty contributed greatly to this. When one or two minor hiccups occurred along the way, as they inevitably will, instead of blaming his subs or suppliers or otherwise making excuses, Brent would take full responsibility himself. And then he would address the problem immediately and get it fixed.Brent is a perfectionist and would catch some small detail or other that we hadn’t even noticed---and then correct it. We took this as a sign of not only his sharp eye but also his integrity in pointing out things which meant more work for him or his subcontractors. And as for the subs, Brent’s were all first rate, as well as being nice guys whom we felt very comfortable having in our home.By the time we wrapped up our kitchen project, we considered Brent a friend as well as a 5 star contractor. Simply put, he is as decent a guy as he is skilled at his profession. We highly recommend him for any kitchen, bathroom, or whole house remodeling you are considering.
